Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

P.S: It is one of my most favorite poems, though it was there somewhere in some corners of my heart, I never able to memorize it until one fine day a friend read it for me just by picking it from her memory bank. It was then an incredibly feeling for me trying to catch up those lines after so many years :)

I was waiting for a friend in the Lib once and while doing so, i picked up a book...I read a beautiful poem and made a note of it in a piece of paper....Years later at some point of my life, i remembered the same poem, but i had lost the paper and did not recollect the poets name...all i recalle dthen were the last lines -
" took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. "
Found it to be a poem by Frost called - Road not taken....I think its one of the best poems ever.
This poem is no less...ecspecially the last 4 lines that tries to summarize his thoughts

An excellent photograph. Just like the other guys who liked the last four lines, I too liked it :) Just like Mr Abdul Kalam had said "Dreams are not what you see with your eyes closed, dreams are what you see with your eyes open", these lines also convey that there are miles to travel !!!
We always feel that we have reached the destination, but soon after there is one more destination to be reached !!!
